Funding from the Coronavirus Community Support Fund, distributed by The National Lottery Community Fund, has helped us to:
- improving access to our counselling service via social media and our website
- Recruit/train volunteer assessment counsellors
- Training (specialised) for volunteers
- Recruit and train new supervisors
This will provide more volunteer counsellors increasing capacity for counselling for more clients impacted by Covid)
- Provide more affordable long term counselling to low/zero income clients
- Employment of new Office Manager
To continue our adaption to online counselling to ensure best practice. As demand increases due to Covid impact on Mental Health it is important to have an efficient administrative process behind the work of the volunteer counsellors
